Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Capital Program Management Executive to lead our team in managing large-scale projects across various sectors. This role involves overseeing multiple projects valued at $1M-$50M, including renovations and new builds.

About the Role
  • Manage all aspects of capital programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Directly supervise project managers and assistant project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and business interests to drive project success.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Communicate client goals, constraints, and priorities to the project team.
  3. Anticipate and foresee potential issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  5. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
  • 10 years' experience in capital program management, preferably in building sectors related to design and construction.
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction/project development processes and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
