Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- A robust background in go-to-market strategies, with experience in closing sales and outbound prospecting.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level sales roles and the complete sales lifecycle.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales, consulting, or a go-to-market role, ideally within complex software environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or GTM enablement.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities and the capacity to advocate for innovative ideas and initiatives.
- The capability to foster and maintain close working relationships, demonstrating personal credibility and influence.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team to deliver aligned training initiatives.
- A keen aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing modern training methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
For positions in California (excluding the Bay Area), we offer a competitive base salary range of $88,300 - $145,700, along with equity (where applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Sales roles typically feature an attractive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure. Please note that the base salary is a guideline, and total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location.
