Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at JJS Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.
  • Payment Processing: Handle all payments, including cash, credit cards, checks, and traveler's checks, while maintaining a high level of security and accuracy.
  • Key Distribution and Guest Privacy: Ensure that hotel keys are distributed correctly and guest privacy is maintained at all times.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, changes, charges, and other relevant information.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to guests whenever possible, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Escalated Issues: Effectively handle and resolve escalated customer relations issues, ensuring a positive outcome for both the guest and the hotel.
  • Hotel Policies and Services: Answer inquiries regarding hotel policies and services, providing accurate and helpful information to guests.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay, responding to their requests and following up to ensure their needs are met.
  • Property Representation: Positively represent and promote the hotel, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
  • Guest Safety and Security: Ensure that systems and procedures are in place to maintain guest safety and security.
