We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT. As a key member of our Answering Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and staff across multiple hospitals, clinics, and physician groups within the Western Montana Region.
Key Responsibilities- Perform duties as a hospital Switchboard (PBX) operator for multiple hospitals, clinics, and provider practices, handling customer calls, faxes, paging, and messages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Serve as an After Hours Answering Service for multiple providers, hospitals, clinics, and critical service providers, ensuring that after-hours patient-to-provider and provider-to-provider calls, and office messages are expedited according to the emergent nature of the call.
- Coordinate critical communications equipment repair for St. Patrick Hospital providers and staff, as well as providers and staff of associated clinics and practices.
- 1 year of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
- Prior employment as an operator is preferred.
