Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:


We are in search of a Permanent Lead Maintenance Electrician to enhance our dynamic team within the manufacturing sector. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in Predictive Maintenance, Ladder Logic, Electrical Troubleshooting, VFD, and AC/DC to guarantee the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining, diagnosing, and optimizing electrical systems to ensure the reliability and efficiency of machinery and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Lead Maintenance Electrician, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Supervising the upkeep and repair of all electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
  • Employing predictive maintenance strategies to identify and avert potential equipment malfunctions.
  • Diagnosing and resolving intricate electrical challenges, including VFDs and AC/DC drive systems.
  • Designing, implementing, and sustaining Ladder Logic for PLCs to enhance equipment performance.
  • Leading and guiding a team of maintenance electricians, ensuring top-tier workmanship and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with various departments to enhance processes and equipment reliability.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Permanent Lead Maintenance Electrician position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Predictive Maintenance, Ladder Logic, Electrical Troubleshooting, VFD, and AC/DC.
  • A thorough understanding of electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, sensors, and drives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and motivating a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Formal training or certification in electrical maintenance or a related discipline is preferred.
