Professional Electrical Contractors of Ct, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement electrical installation plans and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, material usage, and quality control metrics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of supervising electrical crews and ensuring project success.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical Journeyman license in the New England states.
  • 15-hour code update certificate.
  • 6 hours of related instruction.
