Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our Solar EPC team at North American Renewables, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical, structural, and civil construction experience, as well as direct experience in the construction of photovoltaic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite leadership and direction to ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and compliance on every project.
  • Develop, enforce, and maintain processes to increase job site safety, ensure quality compliance, reduce costs, and increase project velocity.
  • Lead and oversee the Site Superintendents to ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and compliance on every project.
  • Coordinate safety standards and training for the Field Operations group.
  • Perform investigations of safety incidents and near-misses, and issue recommendations for corrections and ensure future compliance.

Requirements

Extensive electrical, structural, and civil construction experience

Direct experience in the construction of photovoltaic systems

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
