Electrical Foreman Job Description

Professional Electrical Contractors of Ct, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage and maintain electrical equipment, tools, and materials
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure project completion
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Develop and implement electrical installation and maintenance procedures
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and company policies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred
