Job Summary

Family and Children's Service seeks a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Community Schools Program. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight, supervision, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure effective program implementation and quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Community Achieves Office at Metro Nashville Public Schools to align programming with the community schools model and state guidelines.
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to employees.
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, interviewing, and employee relations.
  • Track data and outcomes to inform program improvement and reporting to funders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school principals, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, and 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
