About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team in Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) strategies and processes to drive productivity and accountability across the account.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HSSE team, ensuring alignment with JLL's policies and practices, as well as statutory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs, audits, and measurements to ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure operational HSSE compliance, including providing support for audits and inspections.
  • Identify, organize, and attend relevant HSSE communication forums.
  • Ensure the delivery of an HSSE training program based on the JLL HSSE training model, compliant with local requirements.
Requirements
  • Recognized HSE professional qualifications and professional memberships appropriate for the region.
  • 10+ years of proven history of implementation of environmental, health, and safety systems and processes.
  • Relevant HSSE experience in a similar environment (e.g., Property Services, Facilities Management, Construction, HSSE enforcement or consultancy).
  • Ability to travel internally as deemed necessary to fulfill the role.

  • Membership of a local environmental management professional body
