Job Overview

DSG Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Director Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the life sciences industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and contributing to the company's sales objectives.

This is a senior-level sales position that requires a strong understanding of the clinical trial process and the ability to manage complex sales activities. You will be working closely with our Business Development Directors to achieve annual sales targets and will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic account sales plan.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success in the life sciences industry. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex information to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic account sales plan to achieve annual sales targets.
  2. Manage complex sales activities and work closely with Business Development Directors to achieve sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  4. Develop and present proposals to customers, highlighting the value of our solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a focus on the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the clinical trial process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to customers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
