Job Title: Social Community Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Community Manager to join our team at Designit. As a Social Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing community management strategies across our social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments and questions on our social media channels
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase reach and augment engagement
- Work with Microsoft stakeholders to close customer support cases
- Participate in social community events to engage with audience and assist users
- Identify and address service interruptions and trending current events
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role at a marketing agency or large corporate enterprise
- 1-2 years of copywriting experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across disciplines
- Ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to team members and clients
