Job Title: Social Community Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Community Manager to join our team at Designit. As a Social Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing community management strategies across our social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments and questions on our social media channels
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase reach and augment engagement
  • Work with Microsoft stakeholders to close customer support cases
  • Participate in social community events to engage with audience and assist users
  • Identify and address service interruptions and trending current events

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role at a marketing agency or large corporate enterprise
  • 1-2 years of copywriting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across disciplines
  • Ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to team members and clients
