- Prepare and submit detailed reports on job activities
- Participate in on-the-job training of field service personnel
- Suggest methods to improve equipment performance and functionality
- Stay up-to-date on new products and product changes within the required sphere of activity
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor
- Travel to customer locations as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to written procedures
- AA degree or technical education in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, diagnose, and repair complex equipment problems
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Familiarity with standard tools and electronic test equipment
- Familiarity with personal computers
- Ability to travel by air and car as needed
