Sales-Driven Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Sales-Driven Service Technician at Perma-Seal. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, customer service, or preventative maintenance and possess strong technical skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site service for systems such as sump pumps and sump pits, as well as driving sales by identifying upsell opportunities and confidently closing the sale during service visits.
Job Description:In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and systems, performing routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs. You will also be expected to accurately document customer interactions, services provided, and sales transactions using company-provided tools like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site service for systems such as sump pumps and sump pits.
- Drive sales by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs.
- Audit and maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or preventative maintenance.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
