Job OverviewNovus Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and regulatory parties regarding construction applications
  • Analyze data and mapping information to inform business decisions
  • Update work orders and customer account information in a timely manner
  • Track data and manage SharePoint database
  • Process invoices, reconcile purchase card statements, and maintain confidential records
  • Enter and review employee time cards

Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Proficient in SAP and data analysis
  • Two to five years of administrative experience in a construction or related field
  • Associates degree in business or related field preferred; demonstrated experience may be substituted
  • High level of initiative and judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests
