Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with customers and regulatory parties regarding construction applications
- Analyze data and mapping information to inform business decisions
- Update work orders and customer account information in a timely manner
- Track data and manage SharePoint database
- Process invoices, reconcile purchase card statements, and maintain confidential records
- Enter and review employee time cards
Requirements:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Proficient in SAP and data analysis
- Two to five years of administrative experience in a construction or related field
- Associates degree in business or related field preferred; demonstrated experience may be substituted
- High level of initiative and judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests
