Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lufkintexas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Promote and sell bank products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a financial institution or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
