Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Build rapport with customers and assist them in locating products.
- Provide tailored framing solutions to enhance their artistic creations.

2. **Store Maintenance:**
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other designated areas.

3. **Sales and Production:**
- Complete framing orders with precision and timeliness.

- Support shrink and safety initiatives to protect company assets.

5. **Team Collaboration:**

Qualifications:

- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Regular bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.
- Capability to lift heavy items and access high shelves safely.

Work Environment:
- Retail setting with climate-controlled public areas.
