About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Director to join our team at Nursing On Demand.

Job Summary:

This is a temporary Resident Care Director position, working as part of our on-demand skilled nursing care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall safe operation of the Resident Care Department of the community and ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and District of Columbia regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess the general health functioning of all residents on an ongoing basis.
  • Design and revise service plans for each resident as required.
  • Supervise medication management programs and assist residents with self-administration of their medication.
  • Coordinate health-related services for residents.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current RN or LPN license in the state where the assignment is located.
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in assisted living communities or similar settings.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
What We Offer:

We offer competitive compensation for this temporary assignment, estimated at $55-$65 per hour, depending on your level of experience. This rate reflects the average salary range for a Skilled Nursing Director in the Boston area. In addition, we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
