Corporate Fulfillment Specialist

Capitol Services is seeking a skilled Delaware Corporate Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Dover, DE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval.
This role involves working full-time in our office, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm (with one 10am to 7pm shift). You will be utilizing various systems to build transactions, release orders to coworkers and correspondents, and access public record websites to file and retrieve documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, correspondents, and jurisdiction employees
- Utilize systems to build transactions and release orders
- Access public record websites to file and retrieve documents
- Review, prepare, and submit filings, adhering to rules and regulations
- Maintain accurate records throughout transactions
- Obtain and maintain a FinCEN identification number
- Submit Beneficial Ownership Information Reports to FinCEN
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and able to learn new processes and technologies
- Coachable and able to retain instruction and training
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable and able to maintain client confidentiality
- Technical competencies in Microsoft Software and Adobe PDF documents
