Member Services Representative Job Overview

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to member inquiries, and promoting membership privileges. They will also assist with membership sales, retail product sales, and tanning services.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet all members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, consistently demonstrating the dials of member engagement as part of the Crunch SLA process
  2. Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales
  3. Promote membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare
  4. Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH %, and CrunchOne Kickoff standards
  5. Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Work Environment

The Member Services Representative will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with members and guests on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,600 - $53,760 per year, based on location and experience
