Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our field operations, driving positive change and fostering a culture of excellence across our network of veterinary hospitals.

About the Role

This pivotal position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices. As a Field Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Empowering employees and managers through inclusive leadership and effective communication
  • Strategically collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs and initiatives
  • Proactively managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Coaching leaders through performance concerns and facilitating performance reviews
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations while leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful insights

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
