Claims Support Specialist

Through our comprehensive, paid training program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the claims process, equipping you to assist our policyholders during critical moments following an accident. As a Claims Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include gathering information about incidents, examining claim specifics, and obtaining statements from all parties involved. Our policyholders will rely on your empathy, support, and meticulous attention to detail to help them return to the road swiftly.

Many team members experience a base salary increase of 10% within their first year in this role, with top performers seeing increases of up to 15%.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service by demonstrating expertise, building trust, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a computer-based environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to develop these further.
  • Comfortable working and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting.
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and explore various career paths.

Annual Salary

$ $36.72

The salary range provided is a general guideline. Various factors influence the final hourly rate or annual salary offered to the selected candidate, including the role's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, training, work location, and market considerations.
