Position Overview:

We are looking for a courteous and professional Customer Experience Associate to enhance our hospitality services. The individual in this role will be tasked with overseeing bookings, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or requests that guests may have throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reservations and manage guest check-in and check-out processes utilizing a computerized system.
  • Address guest inquiries, including arranging tours or securing dining reservations.
  • Facilitate check-in and check-out operations, including processing payments and distributing room keys.
  • Respond to phone calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Manage guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and poise.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a guest service role or similar customer-facing position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage a busy workload.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
