Position Overview: Customer Service Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries related to benefits, claims, and eligibility.
  • Conduct thorough research to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering exceptional service to every caller.
  • Adapt communication styles to meet the diverse needs of our members.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they escalate.
  • Uphold Cambia's values and mission in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications during calls.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling calculations related to benefits.
