Wealth Advisor CFP Professional - Role Summary

We are in search of a dedicated Wealth Advisor to enhance our expanding team. In this capacity, you will oversee client relationships, spearhead critical projects, and contribute to the firm's development. This role offers the chance to work intimately with clients, assisting them in realizing their financial ambitions through personalized, all-encompassing planning. The ideal candidate will possess robust client relationship management abilities, a profound understanding of financial planning, and a dedication to our collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and oversee relationships with both new and existing clients. Clearly articulate the benefits of our financial planning services.
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial strategies tailored to clients' goals, objectives, and specific situations. Collaborate with planners to design and execute planning initiatives.
  • Investment Management: Create customized investment policy statements. Structure investment portfolios to align with clients' objectives and conduct ongoing portfolio assessments.
  • Tax Strategy: Analyze quarterly and annual tax planning opportunities in conjunction with CPAs or planning associates.
  • Research and Advisory: Perform research and provide guidance on estate planning, investments, and social security based on client requirements.
  • Business Development: Participate in client events, network with influential contacts, and support strategic initiatives within the firm.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree and CFP certification are mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial planning with demonstrated leadership and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in explaining financial plan concepts, scenario analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations to clients.
  • Skilled in reviewing and interpreting tax information and projections, along with recommending and developing alternative scenarios.
  • CPA designation or prior experience in income tax planning and analysis is a significant advantage.
  • Ambitious, with the capability and commitment to manage oneself and others effectively.
  • Highly proficient in financial planning software and tools, including MoneyGuidePro and Salesforce.
  • Organized, with a keen attention to detail and a strong ethical framework.
  • A collaborative, open-minded individual with a strong work ethic and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exemplary integrity and a genuine passion for the wealth management profession.
