About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the continuous improvement team and working closely with operational staff to define and implement operational excellence roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the continuous improvement team and lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of operational excellence roadmaps
  • Propose and manage allocated budgets
  • Lead and support the implementation of the Group's operational excellence program
  • Advise, train, and support operational teams on the facilitation and use of operational excellence tools
  • Contribute to the improvement of organizations, procedures, and processes
  • Perform maturity assessments on other scopes
  • Coordinate the network to establish exchanges and synergies
  • Organize events to cross-reference good practices between sites

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in managing implementation of the continuous improvement process
  • Ability to read and speak English proficiently required
