Job Title: Single Unit Operations Director

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Director to lead and drive the success of our headquarters location. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day operations of our headquarters, ensuring it is a model of excellence and innovation for our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the headquarters team, fostering an environment of camaraderie, collaboration, and excellence that is a model of the Relive brand's mission, purpose, and personality.
  • Support the onboarding of new franchisees and their teams during training, ensuring training tools and programs are properly executed and encouraging a consistent and high-quality learning experience for new franchisees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote growth, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve organizational structures and operational processes.
  • Promote the company's brand by assisting in the design, implementation, and execution of local marketing strategies and events within the community.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a single-unit environment, preferably within a franchised organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for achieving results and driving operational excellence.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and inspire a sense of unity and purpose.
  • Experience in educational sales or selling through education is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support the needs of the organization.
