Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Product Specialist to join our team at Alimak Group USA, Inc. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for training and product support for Construction Division products, including Rack & Pinion equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Develop and conduct training programs for employees and customers on Rack & Pinion Solutions and other Construction Division products.
  • Product Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and employees on Construction equipment and Alimak Group's commitment to safe and quality services and solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with customer, global, and local training requirements, and monitor, evaluate, or record training activities for program effectiveness.
  • Training Development: Develop, customize, lead, and implement online learning curriculum, and offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Client Support: Support client base with technical help via phone and site visits, and provide instruction to maintain and improve craftsmanship skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of field experience working with Rack & Pinion equipment, and 3+ years' experience with installation, service, and dismantling Rack & Pinion equipment in the field.
  • Quality Assurance/Management: 3+ years of Quality Assurance/Management experience, and demonstrated experience in conducting consultative needs analyses and implementing scalable training programs.
  • Education and Certifications: Strong background with electrical and mechanical equipment, and preferred qualifications include experience writing complex SOP and training materials, knowledge of Rack & Pinion Solution products and concepts, and a licensed electrician.
Physical Requirements
  • Travel: Travel will be required, on an as-needed basis, to remote staff and/or vendor sites.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work in an office environment, visit job sites (various environments), and lift 15 pounds at times.
