Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily management of the community.
  • Guide the management team to ensure the community's success while achieving all financial and budgetary goals.
  • Be accountable for the oversight of all marketing and sales efforts and their outcomes.
  • Ensure operations align with company policies and procedures, maintaining the safety and security of residents and staff.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a life plan community.
  • Active NHA license in the state of Florida is preferred.
  • A relevant educational background, ideally a BS or MS degree in business, healthcare, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Ability to effectively engage with diverse groups, including residents, owners, community organizations, and government entities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulations governing community operations.
  • Proficient in supervising staff and fostering teamwork.
