Job Title: Medical Device Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team at Rep-Lite. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales and adoption of our innovative medical device in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to promote our device and address their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our device.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing sales priorities and customer needs.
