About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Operations Manager to join our Devices Reverse Logistics team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth, operational expansion, and emerging market strategy for our reverse logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize return processing and disposition workflows to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement across reverse logistics operations
  • Manage and build relationships with vendors to ensure accountability and alignment
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve customer experience
  • Launch new reverse logistics initiatives or programs in developing markets
  • Oversight of site operations while developing key performance indicator metrics and mechanisms to effectively manage site performance
About the Team

The Devices Reverse Logistics team manages, develops, and executes the global return strategy for Amazon Devices. We provide return solutions for every region throughout the globe where Amazon Device sales are present.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience in operations and business management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
