- Menu Planning: Work with the culinary team to plan and develop menus for banquets and other events, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and meet the needs of our guests.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience.
- Culinary Experience: 5-6 years of experience in quality food production, preferably in an upscale hotel or freestanding restaurant.
- Supervisory Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in quality food production, preferably in an upscale hotel or freestanding restaurant.
- Culinary Skills: Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food production techniques, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Education: High school degree required, college degree preferred.
