Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments via inbound/outbound calls from our Call Center. You will update patient demographics and pre-register them in EPIC (training will be provided). Additionally, you will capture, enter, and report data accurately to management, ensure services are provided in a timely manner, and meet key performance indicators. You will also work on special projects and assignments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using computer software applications, particularly EPIC. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some college education or experience in customer service is preferred.
