About the Role:

This critical position involves providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with callers to understand and address their needs, concerns, or inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Listening: Engage with callers to understand and address their needs, concerns, or inquiries.
  • Prompt Responses: Accurately and promptly respond to callers' inquiries, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of caller interactions, comments, and inquiries.
  • Utilization of Tools: Appropriately use software, databases, call scripts, and other tools.
  • Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent and consistent customer service.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must have previous experience in customer service.
  • A strong work ethic is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a desire for advancement within the company.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training & development opportunities.
