Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

At TEKsystems, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in customer service with a leading health network on Long Island.

This role involves interacting with patients via inbound/outbound calls from our Call Center, updating patient demographics and pre-registering them in EPIC (training will be provided), capturing, entering, and reporting data accurately to management, ensuring services are provided in a timely manner, and meeting key performance indicators. Additionally, you will work on special projects and assignments as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, along with an array of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a health spending account (HSA), transportation benefits, and an employee assistance program. We also provide time off/leave options, including PTO, vacation, and sick leave. This is a fully onsite position in Melville, NY, and applications will be accepted until December 27, 2024.
