Role Summary
The Influencer Marketing Intern is an enthusiastic individual with a passion for social media and the beauty industry, keenly interested in the influencer ecosystem. This position will provide essential support to the team’s daily operations related to influencer initiatives and partnerships. Collaborating with various internal teams, the intern will play a vital role in expanding and enhancing our influencer community through outreach, product gifting, and tailored communication.

Commitment
A commitment of up to 20 hours per week is expected, with in-office presence required on select weekdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination of product gifting to editors, influencers, and notable personalities.
  • Assist in expanding the influencer database by conducting outreach and maintaining communication through various channels.
  • Develop targeted influencer lists for diverse campaigns, mailings, and events.
  • Monitor and engage with social media posts from our influencer network.
  • Manage and track inventory within the product closet.
  • Conduct research on competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Organize internal databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with leading US influencers in the beauty sector.
  • Proficient in major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, digital-first work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative eye for brand alignment and trends.
  • Experience with influencer platforms is advantageous but not required.
Physical & Travel Requirements
  • Ability to work in standard office conditions.
  • Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule.
