About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Studio team at Impact. As a key member of our in-house influencer marketing experts, you will be responsible for contributing to multiple accounts across various verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including casting, negotiation, and reporting.
  • Lead kick-off calls and respond to client emails, ensuring seamless communication and project management.
  • Prepare kick-off call documents and internal/external organization, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Sources influencers for each campaign, recommending qualified influencers based on brand requirements such as follower count, location, niche, and audience demographics.
  • Communicate extensively with creators, including leading negotiations, facilitating product orders, and gathering content drafts.
  • Create influencer campaign briefs based on guidelines provided by the brand, as well as FTC guidelines.
  • Monitor budgets and program timelines to ensure revenue goals and client deadlines are met.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets requirements set in the brief and is free of spelling and grammar errors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Gather campaign metrics and be responsible for formatting them for analysis.
  • Strategize content creation and casting to ensure campaigns are on-trend and relevant to the current social media landscape.
  • Create a wrap report with the campaign's overall KPIs, metric data, and influencer content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and contributing to influencer marketing programs, including familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.
  • Affiliate and campaign performance experience is ideal.
  • Paid amplification experience, particularly with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads, is a major plus.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred.
  • Established relationships with creators and talent managers are a plus.
  • Knowledge of influencers, particularly within CPG, fashion, finance, wellness, fitness, etc., and influencer rates.
  • Experience with niches such as gaming, tech, finance, entertainment, etc., is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with talent managers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Communication, organization, and client relationship management skills.
  • Must have client-facing experience.
  • Strong people skills are needed to maintain professional relationships with influencers and talent managers.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Significant attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Impact platform is a huge plus.
