Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a cohesive revenue cycle strategy that aligns with the beBright platform's goals.
- Project Management: Lead multiple RCM projects, including:
- Researching and implementing new software solutions, including AI-driven technologies.
- Developing, refining, and maintaining standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Driving continuous process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Accounts Receivable Reporting: Establish a comprehensive platform-wide Accounts Receivable reporting structure that ensures compliance with SOPs and supports decision-making processes.
- Integration Support: Assist in the integration of new acquisitions and systems within the RCM team, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency in dental billing software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, coding (CDT), and insurance claims processes for pediatric dentistry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentials are a plus.
