Job Description

DaVita is seeking a compassionate Nephrology Nurse Specialist who will deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide individualized nephrology care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease (CKD)
  • Conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on nephrology care and self-care techniques
Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • One year of experience in nephrology nursing, acute care, or critical care
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
