Medical City Dallas - Renal Transplant Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Nephrology Intensive Care Unit at Medical City Dallas. As a CNC, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.

  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participates in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Serves as a resource person for staff and models commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
