Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
