Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and perform case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
- Offer consultation on general policy inquiries and assist in resolving straightforward cases.
- Proficient in establishing rapport, asking insightful questions, and documenting interactions comprehensively.
- Excellent time management skills to navigate a fast-paced call environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in a call center setting, particularly in case intake.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
- Gather information from callers in a structured manner.
- Complete necessary intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
- Establish cases within the case management framework.
- Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as necessary.
- Maintain an expectation of approximately 15 minutes per intake call.
