Position Overview:

As a key member of our Employee Relations team at Collabera, you will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries through our call center. This role requires a strong focus on providing effective support and guidance to employees while ensuring a seamless intake process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and perform case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Offer consultation on general policy inquiries and assist in resolving straightforward cases.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in establishing rapport, asking insightful questions, and documenting interactions comprehensively.
  • Excellent time management skills to navigate a fast-paced call environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center setting, particularly in case intake.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Gather information from callers in a structured manner.
  • Complete necessary intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
  • Establish cases within the case management framework.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as necessary.
  • Maintain an expectation of approximately 15 minutes per intake call.
