Job Summary:
We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunity. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Spanish is preferred but not required
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
