Human Resources Coordinator

Core Objective: To enhance community engagement through volunteer activities and to embody the Family Express 'Living Brand' by fostering relationships with customers. This role is essential in maintaining the organizational culture and promoting the development of the Family Express 'Living Brand' by aligning with the company's human resources strategies and corporate mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Relationships and Promote Company Culture
- Serve as a Brand Advocate and uphold safety standards
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures
- Advocate for the company's mission and values
- Identify and implement 'Best Practices'
- Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
- Organize and maintain personnel records and documentation
- Update HR databases with employee information including new hires, terminations, and leave requests
- Prepare and manage HR policy documentation
- Address employee inquiries and provide necessary information
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar activities
- Manage incoming calls and provide relevant information
- Assist in organizing new employee orientation and training programs
- Maintain an understanding of system updates and changes
- Support inventory and supply management at various locations
- Provide backup support to other administrative roles as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Previous experience in retail, particularly in convenience stores
Work Environment:
- Physical Requirements: The role requires standing for extended periods, working shifts longer than eight hours, and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
