As a Manager I for GBD Special Programs LTSS, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive healthcare initiative tailored to the specific needs of members in Indiana.

This role encompasses addressing physical health, mental health, social services for seniors, long-term services and supports (LTSS), and the coordination of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure appropriate care delivery to members
  • Coordinate service provision and member evaluations
  • Engage in collaborative workgroups across functions
  • Assess and propose enhancements to processes
  • Develop and implement training initiatives for staff
  • Analyze data and present findings effectively
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of direct reports

Minimum Requirements:


A BA/BS degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Coordination of service delivery and discharge planning within a managed care environment
  • LCSW, LMHC, or RN licensure is highly desirable
  • Experience in case management is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in long-term services and supports or elder care is highly advantageous
