Strategic Sales Director for Commercial Excellence

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Strategic Sales Director for Commercial Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and commercial success through strategic leadership and expertise.
Salary and CompensationThe salary range for this position is $198,800 - $226,700 per year, depending on experience. Our total compensation package includes a generous benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings account matching, and paid time off.
About the RoleThis senior-level sales director position is focused on developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure continued growth and success
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, team leadership, and customer relationship management
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial metrics and impact of commercial decisions on business outcomes
