About the Role As a Financial Program Analyst I, you will leverage your skills and knowledge to assess, oversee, and manage project data to support our internal and external project reporting.


Your responsibilities will include developing budgets and timelines for contractual work and aiding in cost proposals, pricing documentation, scenario cost analysis, program cost projections, and cost variance assessments.

Your contributions will positively influence the organization by maintaining awareness of outstanding tasks related to each contract to uphold realistic contract cost and schedule benchmarks.

Minimum Qualifications:
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is essential.
A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; a higher-level degree may substitute for experience.

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the required education.

Ability to communicate program and financial information effectively and clearly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Earned Value Management.

Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense sectors.

Additional Requirements:
Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and climbing stairs.

Frequent repetition of hand, arm, and finger movements, including dexterity.

Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions:
Rare exposure to outdoor elements (extreme temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.).

Rare exposure to fumes or hazardous materials.

Rare exposure to loud sounds.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.

The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF) oversees the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.

Factors affecting the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
