Job Title: Account Executive - Ticket Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue through season ticket and group ticket sales. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining positive relationships with our Season Ticket Members, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Season Ticket Members, stakeholders, and other key partners
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including group ticket sales and premium seating
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in ticket sales for a professional sports franchise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
