Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to treat challenging behavior, build skills, and collaborate with clinicians.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
  • Lead the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
  • Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
  • Identify training needs and develop and conduct trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
  • Conduct/oversee team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments; oversee the admission, transition, and discharge processes.
  • Coordinate and lead clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons served.
  • Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
  • Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field plus a minimum of two years of related experience required.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development preferred.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
