JOB INPUTS
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data through the company enterprise data collection system; provide actionable recommendations and plans; and partner with EHS department to implement program and processes, to create preventative and corrective action plans, and to launch education campaigns, to ensure compliance of environmental health and safety regulatory and legal requirements for the company.
  • Support the collection, processing, analysis, verification, and visualization of EHS data.
  • Review and audit data, identify information errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies and manage and enforce data integrity protocols.
  • Create and regularly dispense comprehensive reports to communicate EHS performance metrics and trends to relevant stakeholders, senior leadership, and regulatory agencies.
  • Organize and maintain EHS database, documentation, and records in compliance with data privacy and retention policies. Ensure data integrity and accessibility for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including EHS department, site leadership, and stakeholders, to identify opportunities for safety improvement and preventative actions to minimize risk.
  • Utilize safety data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and high-risk areas within the organization.
  • Prioritize focus areas based on data-driven insights to address the most critical safety issues.
  • Partner with marketing, HR, and other business partners to create and implement branding strategy and internal communication campaign reenforcing a safety culture and safety importance across various communication channels increasing visibility and awareness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to educate on EHS standards for the organization and establish clear safety objectives and goals aligned with addressing identified, data-driven safety improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and support developing resources for employees to promote awareness of EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Domo, and SQL are a plus
Relevant Work Experience:
  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
  • Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
  • Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
  • Federal, state and local regulatory codes including OSHA and EPA
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
